Action Learning Set ?

Had an Action Learning Set today - we were trained as facilitators by the people who the link goes to. We came to be nurtured and developed.

Read a little on the bus before I left, which was helpful. Gave me ideas to consider. What kind of set are we?

What do we want from the set?
What kind of feedback do we give
a) Supportive
b) Reflective
c) Informative
d) Hard to heard

Noted importance of acknowledging own resonance, and interest, taking away limelight from presentor and also acknowledging we are partisan - have history, life, own insight.

I was challenged with questions, open ?'s, I will practice more? (Maybe give myself a question to answer in posts?)

I felt calmer and less active but struggled inside with the process. The white elephant in the room, loss and time for opportunities. Taking them or holding space for the moment and the when energy permits.
